From holiday homes to boutique hotels and restaurants we can provide anything from initial design advice to full project management. In designing the space, we work hard to ensure we understand the space and it’s unique requirements, enabling both customer and staff to effectively use and enjoy their environment.
We have always had a ‘hands on’ approach collaborating with our clients and any team they may already have in place. With 55 years experience we can also assist in creating teams that are required for a project’s specific needs ensuring the aesthetics of the property are considered, working within the practicalities, budget and timescale of the project giving minimum disruption to the business and its customers.
We provide a professional, efficient service with many of our clients being abroad, updating and reporting back as we progress the project in a way that works for the busy world we live in.

Farlam Hall – Luxury 4 star hotel, Brampton
Secluded, tranquil and away from the crowds, Farlam Hall came under new ownership in 2020 and we were contacted to take a tired hotel and give it not only an upgrade but add elegance and luxury throughout. We have helped to create a haven of calm nestled away in the leafy Cumbrian countryside. Our designs have created calming rooms full of charm and an understated elegance. In addition to the main hotel we have transformed the hall’s stables into a series of suites and private apartments, providing warmth and richness of finish throughout.
The Hazeldene – Boutique Hotel, Keswick
Built in 1862, this bed and breakfast has views in the heart of Keswick that can’t be beaten. Tasked with transforming this beautiful building into a fresher feeling boutique hotel with a touch of fun whilst being sympathetic to the original features and maintaining the Fellpack brand, we relished the opportunity. Ten rooms, each with their own character offering a home from home with an added touch of luxury. Using local specialised craftsmen we have transformed the ground floor creating a boot room, bar, library and snug, alongside a stunning breakfast space that can be used throughout the day.
