Nestled in the narrow streets of traditional Keswick slate terraced houses, this house needed modernisation and some clever re thinking to make the most of limited natural light. A full kitchen conversion, combining forces with local colleague Luke Harding, our client wanted something really unique which we feel between us we delivered. Bespoke glass work from another local colleague, Jo Vincent, give unbeatable bespoke finishes. 

Bathrooms not only needed an upgrade but for taller family members we raised sections of the roof, creating luxurious wet rooms that never fail to impress any visitor. It has certainly become a magic property that you can’t help but smile at as you open the door.
