This traditional Lake District Victorian house had lost its way. Having seen little to no upgrades to keep up with the times, it was a property that was tired, dark and in dire need of being made to feel like a home once more. Working to retain original features where possible and integrating new subtle lighting throughout, the schemes created give a warm, inviting, homely feeling to the property once more. With our client predominantly based away from the Lakes at the time, we project managed the renovations from start to finish. Coordinating with all trades along with creating the designs itself. Along with local specialist colleagues we also helped in landscaping the outside spaces so they would match the internal upgrades.
